Jana Kramer is a country performer, singer and songwriter who became a household name in television when she was hired as Alex on One Tree Hill for the final three seasons. The first three albums she released as a country singer included in episodes of the series helping her 2012 eponymous debut album into the Top 20 in the Billboard 200. Thirty One, her follow-up album from 2015, reached into the Top Ten. Over the past decade, she appeared in Dancing with the Stars as she did in TV films and various TV programs. The singer also released some singles which weren't albums. It was in 2021 that The Doubting Voices was released. Jana Rae Kramer was born and raised within Rochester Hills Michigan. She was a child who listened to the country genre, and eventually decided to pursue a career in recording. However, she began her acting career as a teenager in 2002's indie horror movie Dead/Undead. After a few guest appearances on All My Children and CSI: NY, she landed the role of Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights' second season 2007-2008. Kramer played the role as a character on 90210 (2008-2009) as well as Entourage (2009) prior to when she joined One Tree Hill, a CW series on which she played the role of Alex Dupre. Kramer stayed in this role until 2012 when the series' final season aired. Jana Kramer Kramer's run on One Tree Hill saw her get a recording contract from Elektra Records. It was a Top Five Country Hit I Got the Boy as well as The duo track that Steven Tyler and Aerosmith performed with helped the album to reach number 3 in the Billboard 200 and number 10 on the chart for country albums. Beginning in September 2016 her two-month stint on the 23rd episode of Dancing with the Stars ended in a fourth-place finish. Also, she scored an adult-oriented hit song in the form of Feels like Christmas which featured Straight No Chaser.
